Windward House in South Brent, Devon, is a 42-bed care home dedicated to residents aged 65+. We are recruiting full-time Care Assistants who will help create a comfortable, supportive home where dignity and individuality are respected.

Role Overview

Windward House is a 42‑bed care home located in the village of South Brent, Devon. We are dedicated to providing a comfortable and supportive home for residents aged 65 and over. Our Care Assistants benefit from a full‑time position, and they work in a community where each resident’s dignity and individuality are respected.

We are looking for kind and caring individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. The Care Assistant role is essential to delivering high‑quality care and ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

We are currently not offering sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care that upholds dignity and respects each resident’s individuality.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Address within a commutable distance to South Brent (required)
• Permission to hold a Blue Light Card (to receive discounts at licensed retailers)
