Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help with daily activities in the home and promote residents' dignity and individuality.
• Provide compassionate care and respond to residents' needs with patience and respect.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns as required.
