Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant with flexible shifts. No experience is required as full training is provided; you will deliver person-centred care to older adults in County Durham, with grouped visits and a predictable rota.

This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time positions with mornings and evenings. You’ll work in a small local area, enjoy paid mileage, NVQ funding from day one, DBS check, and clear career progression within a Disability Confident Employer.

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
