Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes in a local area. Expect structured shifts with guaranteed rota visibility, paid mileage, and full training from day one.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light tasks, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in County Durham and surrounding areas.

Formación

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to workAM/PM shiftsand alternate weekends
