Job summary

Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant for flexible shifts across County Durham and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you will work within a small, local area.

You will deliver person-centred care including personal support, meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship. A driving licence and access to your own car are essential to travel between visits.

• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Location: Crook & Willington DL14

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
