Dale Care Ltd in the North East of England is hiring a Home Care Assistant on flexible shifts with no prior experience required. You will visit clients at home, provide personal care, assist with meals, light house tasks and companionship, and build local relationships across County Durham and nearby areas.

The role includes training from day one, paid mileage, DBS check, and progression opportunities; a driving licence and own car are essential.

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to workAM/PM shiftsand alternate weekends
