Job summary

Dale Care Ltd. is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes across County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle and Teesside. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, including shadow shifts.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, light household tasks, shopping and provide companionship while helping service users maintain independence and dignity. Travel is required with a UK driving license and a car, and shifts include AM/PM and alternate

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)
