Dale Care Ltd is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide person-centred support to older adults across County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle and Teesside. You’ll work within a local area with grouped visits and predictable shifts, contributing to the client’s independence and dignity.

No previous experience required; full training and shadow shifts are provided, with paid mileage and progression opportunities. A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this community-based role.

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to workAM/PM shiftsand alternate weekends
