MHA's Glen Rosa care home in Ilkley is seeking a Care Assistant (Relief) to support residents with dignity, wellbeing and independence. You will act as a keyworker, help develop and review care plans (including for residents with dementia), and provide personal and social care in line with care plans while upholding safeguarding and infection control practices.
The role offers a competitive rate of £13.96 per hour, with flexible weekend rosters and opportunities for training and progression

For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. If you live outside this area but would still find the commute manageable, please get in touch - we are happy to review individual circumstances.
