MHA's Chapel Fields care home in Frodsham is seeking a dependable Care Assistant (Days) to support residents with personal and social care. You will work as part of a friendly team, following care plans and promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
The role requires flexibility across a rota including weekends, and a commitment to safeguarding, infection control and high standards of care. A DBS check is provided and training is offered.
For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. If you live outside this area but would still find the commute manageable, please get in touch - we are happy to review individual circumstances.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal and social care to residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes well-being and independence. You will help maintain an atmosphere and practice of care that reflects MHA’s values of mutual respect and concern for the individual.

Where the role requires a Standard or Enhanced DBS check, the successful candidate will be required to join and maintain membership of the DBS Update Service. MHA will pay for the DBS check and will provide an additional payment through payroll equivalent to the standard annual Update Service subscription fee. Further details will be provided during onboarding.
