Job summary

Glen Rosa in Ilkley, operated by MHA, is seeking a Care Assistant (Days) on a full-time contract. The position offers a 39-hour week with a salary of £13.96 per hour and a commitment to staff wellbeing and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Respect and sensitivity for older people.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to be trained and developed (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including dementia care.
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans to promote wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety practices.
