MHA Briar Hill House in Rugeley is looking for a Care Assistant (Days) to provide personal and social care to residents, upholding dignity and promoting wellbeing. You will work as a keyworker for a group of residents and contribute to care plans in a warm, values-driven environment.
The role requires flexibility to cover a rota, including weekends, and a willingness to engage in training to develop social care skills.
For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. If you live outside this area but would still find the commute manageable, please get in touch - we are happy to review individual circumstances.
