Maple Leaf House care home in Ripley, operated by MHA, seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to provide personal and social care to residents across day and night shifts. The role supports dignity, independence, and alignment with MHA values.
You will work as a keyworker within a rota, contributing to care plans for residents including those with dementia, while upholding safety and wellbeing for all. The position offers a rewarding, values-driven environment.
Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 38.5 hours per week
Salary: £13.79 per hour
For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. If you live outside this area but would still find the commute manageable, please get in touch - we are happy to review individual circumstances.
