Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust seeks a Relief Care Assistant for New Lodge Domiciliary Care in New Earswick, York. You will support residents with daily tasks and personal care, and help foster a warm, welcoming community.

The role is on an as-and-when basis, requiring flexibility and a caring approach. DBS checks and UK right-to-work are required; sponsoring is not available.

Qualifications

New Lodge is a thriving community in New Earswick that provides care accommodation for people aged 55 and over - a sanctuary for those looking to lead independent lives. Along with assisting residents and helping with day-to-day tasks, you’ll really get to know the people you support and become a familiar face to them and their relatives.

Essential Requirements

• Right to Work – sponsorship is not available for these roles, you must have the legal right to work in the UK
