Job summary

Richmond Villages Witney is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts (20:00–08:00). You will deliver high-quality clinical, social and emotional care, assist with personal care and support residents during their night hours.

The role is permanent with full and part-time patterns available. Salary is £13.70 per hour with paid breaks; a one-off Welcome Bonus of £500 is offered, and a Starter Bonus of £500 after four weeks' service.

• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
