Job summary

Richmond Villages Witney Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and lead the unit alongside the care team. The role involves driving clinical standards, supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs, and ensuring policies meet CQC requirements.

£1000 welcome bonus

Permanent - 2x 12 hour shifts week 1, 3x 12 hour shifts week 2

Shift Pattern 8.00am - 8pm

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you’re at the heart of making a difference to our residents. Home is where the heart is, and we’d love you to be part of our family. As a highly respected member of our amazing team, you play a pivotal role. You’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.

You’re accountable for making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks. Salary: £23.20ph plus Excellent Benefits

  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
