Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced night care assistants for a Burton-based care centre. You will support elderly clients with daily living tasks, with emphasis on personal care and wellbeing while complying with safety standards.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS within 12 months, up-to-date mandatory training, and at least 3 months of similar care experience. The successful applicant will work nights from 22:00 to 07:00, with a rate of £13.50 per hour.

Job description

We’re recruiting for a night’s care assistant role based in the heart of Burton.

Our client is seeking experienced Care Assistants to assist in the care and support of the elderly in a care centre based in Burton. You will be assisting the established team of Carers in delivering a high standard of Care to service users. You will be attending to their activities of daily living and will be dealing with clients with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities. Dementia care experience would be advantageous also. Daily tasks will include:

• Attend to client’s daily Hygiene and Nutritional needs
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly
• Complying with health and safety
• Completion of paperwork when required.

To be suitable for this position you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
• Up to date mandatory training
• A Referenceable work history
• At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
