Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join a beautiful care home for up to 75 residents. Flexible night shifts are available and there is support to obtain DBS and mandatory training with subsidised online courses.

A minimum of 3 months paid UK care experience is required, with referenceable work history. Applicants should hold in-date training certificates and an enhanced DBS (or Update Service).

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience in a care setting
• Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (Moving and Handling, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control)
• Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service

• Keeping residents company in their daily activities, and ensuring that their welfare is safeguarded at all times
• Following personalised care plans to help residents reach their goals, and assisting with personal care
• Helping staff to run a varied activities schedule for residents to enjoy, tailored to their interests

Flexible Nights available for experienced Care Assistants!

You will be working in a beautiful care home accommodates for up to 75 residents.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

- Keeping residents company in their daily activities, and ensuring that their welfare is safeguarded at all times

- Following personalised care plans to help residents reach their goals, and assisting with personal care

- Helping staff to run a varied activities schedule for residents to enjoy, tailored to their interests

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

- Have referenceable work history

- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*

- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*

- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.

This is an ongoing position for work, and also offers the opportunity for permenant employment for the right candidate

We have night shifts available throughout the week.
