Job summary

Daffodil Care Limited is seeking Care & Support Workers to assist clients in their own homes across Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. You will perform domiciliary visits, supporting daily living activities and promoting independence.

We offer flexible hours, paid mileage, and opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications. No prior experience is required, and a compassionate, reliable attitude is essential to join our trusted team.

Qualifications

• Have a caring and respectful approach.
• Domiciliary support worker experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help and relate to people.
• Be consistent in performance and punctuality.
• Sensitivity and sense of humour.
• Basic knowledge in English.
• UK work visa application granted and clean DBS.
