Job summary

Daffodil Care Limited is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients at home in Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. No prior experience required, with full/part-time flexible hours available and paid mileage. You will help with daily tasks, provide compassionate care, and support clients to stay independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Domiciliary support worker experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic knowledge of English sufficient for daily tasks.
• UK work visa and clean DBS/police checks needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with washing, dressing, shopping, and meal prep.
• Promote independence and assist with daily routines.
• Assist with medication prompting and personal care as required.
• Support clients to access community activities and social events.
• Provide companionship and enrichment activities.
