Job summary

Daffodil Care Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting Care Assistants to start immediately and support clients in their homes around Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.

As a Care & Support Worker you will help with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and provide compassionate companionship. We offer full/part-time hours, flexible shifts, no prior experience required, and training including NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• Have a caring and respectful approach.
• Domiciliary support worker experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help and ability to relate to people.
• Be consistent in performance and punctual.
• Sensitivity and sense of humour.
• Basic knowledge in English.
• Interest in working in domiciliary care environment.
• UK work visa and clean DBS checks.
