Caring Care Limited is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the West Midlands region. We offer full-time or part-time permanent roles with immediate training and the chance to build a long‑term career in domiciliary care.

Earn £12.91–£13.21 per hour with on-demand pay and ongoing training. We provide comprehensive training, flexible hours, a clear progression path, and a strong support structure, including 24/7 out-of-hours service and uniform provided.

Role of a Care Assistant:

Care Assistants are at the heart of our organisation. Travelling to our clients homes within the community, providing essential care and support. This is a highly rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on individuals' lives and to the whole community.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

• Support clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens
• Assist clients with their medication needs
• Assist in the safe moving and handling of clients
• Providing shopping services when required by the client
