Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a kind and dedicated Care Assistant for Court Lodge, our luxury care home in Lymington, Hampshire. The role covers 42 hours per week, days with alternating weekends, and includes paid breaks.

We offer an excellent rate of pay (£13.09–£15.41 per hour), complimentary meal, ongoing training, and real career progression within our award-winning, family-owned care home group. Induction and support from our Nursing team are provided.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to have experience; induction and ongoing training from day one are provided.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with daily living tasks and comfort.
• Support the Nursing team and follow care plans.
• Ensure residents’ safety, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
