Job summary

Colten Care is hiring a Night Care Assistant for Castle View in Dorchester, Dorset. You will work 36 hours per week on night shifts, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks and a range of pay enhancements.

We offer training from day one, real career progression, and opportunities to gain qualifications through our Learning and Development team. You don’t need previous experience; compassion and reliability matter most.

Qualifications
