Colten Care is seeking a Care Assistant for The Aldbury in Poole, Dorset. The role offers an excellent rate of pay and a path for real progression within our award-winning, family-owned care home group.

You’ll be part of a supportive team with Nursing staff available 24 hours a day and opportunities to gain qualifications through our Learning and Development team. We value compassionate, hands-on individuals who are organised, dedicated and eager to learn.

• Comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with compassion, guided by the Nursing team 24 hours a day.
