Colten Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant at Whitecliffe House in Blandford Forum, Dorset. You will work 42 hours per week on nights, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks.

The role offers excellent pay, paid breaks, a complimentary meal, and clear career progression supported by our Learning and Development team. We welcome compassionate, reliable individuals who are organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to have previous care experience; induction and ongoing training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with a positive, caring attitude.
• Be hands-on with residents and help them as needed.
• Support the Nursing team, available 24 hours a day.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training.
