Job summary

All Care Services in Henfield seeks an experienced Live in Complex Care Support Worker to provide care for a client in their own home.

We offer guaranteed hours with permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles, 12-hour shifts, paid training, and funded NVQ qualifications from day one. A driving licence, DBS clearance, and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Own a reliable vehicle and driving license.
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide live-in complex care support in the client's home.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Live in Complex Care Support Worker to provide care for a client living in their own home.

About the Client:

• Tracheostomy care
• Laryngectomy
• Needs suctioning support
• Wheelchair user
• Females only to apply due to nature of personal care

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in complex care (essential)
• Have a reliable vehicle and driving license
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
• Have knowledge of dealing with similar clients with complex requirements
• Have experience working with vulnerable children and adults
• Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
