Job summary

All Care Services, part of The Access Group, is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client in their own home in Hassocks, covering day and night shifts. The role includes managing epilepsy, PEG feeding, and ventilation needs within a small local area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care (essential)
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
• Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home, who has a wide range of complex needs and requires day and night support.

• Epilepsy
• Cerebral Palsy
• PEG feeding
• Partially sighted
• Ventilator and oxygen use
• Wheelchair bound
