Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients at home in Crawley. You will provide one-to-one care, manage seizures, PEG feeding, and med administration, while following care plans set by nurses. This role requires compassion, reliability and strong communication with clients and family members.

Shifts include Waking Nights (20:00–08:00) and Day Shifts (08:00–20:00). Benefits include paid holiday, pension, Blue Light Card, refer-a-friend rewards, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Females only due to client preference.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
  • Follow the client's care plan as advised by the Nurse Manager.
  • Prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise safeguarding concerns.
  • Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding.

About the Role

You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, helping our clients live well at home while ensuring their clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Seizure management
  • PEG feeding
  • Manual handling
  • Administering medication

Shifts
  • Waking Nights, 20:00 – 08:00
  • Day Shifts, 08:00 – 20:00

Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.
