Job summary

All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to support a female client with cerebral palsy and complex needs in Eastry/Sandwich. You will join a small, local team delivering person-centred home care with planned visits and support for daily activities.

The role requires experience in health care, a 2-1 care approach with another carer, and a right to work in the UK. 14 per hour base pay with enhanced rates for unsociable hours and holidays.

• One year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all daily activities for a female client with cerebral palsy and complex needs.
• Provide 2-to-1 support with another carer on site.

Shift Details: 7. 30 am – 12.30 pm Monday – Sunday or 07:30am – 19:30pm 3 days per week

About the Role

This position is with a female service user who has Cerebral palsy, non- verbal, severe learning disabilities, epilepsy and challenging behaviour until she is established with any new care assistants.

The client is wheelchair bound and will require full support with all daily activities and care; this will be 2-1 care so you would have the support of an additional carer.

You will need experience with non- verbal, and complex care needs to qualify for this position.
