Care Assistants required for our private healthcare client to work in an established Residential Home, located in Limavady. This setting is currently opening a new Dementia unit, therefore requiring passionate, dedicated and hard working carers to help support people who are elderly and those who are living with Dementia.

This role is on a 4 week ongoing rotation system with a Month of Days followed by a month of Night duties. Shift times are 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am. Hourly rate of £13.00 – £17.00 depending on shift worked, with double time available on Bank Holidays.

As a core member of the care team, you will be expected to work both individually with residents and within the team of care staff to provide the highest standard of care to all residents.

Responsibilities
  • 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
