Job summary

Bluebird Care Leeds North is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in customers’ homes, helping with daily living tasks and promoting independence. The role offers full induction, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Successful applicants will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, enjoy meaningful work, and be part of a company recognised for high-quality home care across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying and laundry.
• Be a dependable, friendly face for customers.

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs

• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
