Job summary

Bower Care Home in Linlithgow is recruiting a Care Assistant to help shape a brand new service from the ground up. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living, and work within a friendly team to create a warm, respectful home where residents feel safe and valued.

We offer day and night shifts, full training, PVG paid, a pension, and 5.6 weeks annual leave on a full-time contract. Prior care experience is helpful but not essential, SVQ2 desirable.

• Deliver high quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Work with a supportive team to maintain a warm, welcoming home.
• Full training and ongoing guidance will help you grow within the role.
