Bower Care Home in Linlithgow is inviting applications for a Care Assistant to join a brand new team as the service opens. You will help shape the culture, uphold standards, and deliver warm, person-centered care that respects residents’ dignity and independence.

You will support daily living, assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing while following care plans. Training and ongoing guidance are provided to build confidence and progression.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care and mobility.
• Support nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Provide safe, responsive and consistent care.
• Work as part of a supportive team across shifts.
