Home Instead, Inc. in Thornbury area (covering Thornbury, Yate, Dursley) is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join a trusted home care team. We offer a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with shifts 8:00–13:00 and 17:00–21:45, four days a week plus an alternate weekend.

No experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You will support clients with daily activities, help with meals and medications, personal care and home tasks, and build lasting relationships with clients

Formación

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older and have access to a vehicle (driving licence desired).
• UK-based role; right to work in the UK required.

• Assist with getting clients up and ready, breakfast, medication, personal care, meal prep.
• Provide 1-hour minimum visits to each client; maintain regular visits to the same clients.

Job Description

*Guaranteed hours contract of 30 hours per week*
Working hours: 8am - 1pm & 5pm - 9:45pm 4 days per week, plus an alternate weekend.
We are looking for new Care Assistant's to join our team and support our ever-growing client base with their day-to-day lives and to remain as independent as possible within their own homes.
As a Care Assistant with us, we do things differently and believe in lasting relationships. You will support the same clients regularly and with visits a minimum of 1 hour, you have plenty of time and no need to rush!
Covering our core times, you will support with getting our clients up and ready for their day, breakfast & medication, personal care needs, home help tasks, meal preparation and the end of day teatime and bedtime routines.

Due to the nature of the role, we need you be be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
