Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Carer to support clients in Totton/Southampton with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. You’ll help with shopping, meals, and daily tasks while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence in the home.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, mileage paid, a pension, and immediate access to pay advances. You’ll join a nationwide care provider committed to quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• Essential: kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to work alternating weekends.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea.
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation.
• Helping with medication.
