Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant to support clients in Highcliffe, helping with daily routines, personal care and companionship in their own homes.

Join a long-standing UK care provider offering funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus and mileage paid; driving licence and access to your own car are preferred, with weekend flexibility.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
