Brighter Days Care at Home, now part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, provides high-quality domiciliary care across Salisbury and surrounding areas. No prior experience required; you will receive full training and shadowing. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts with weekend work and mileage support are available.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with meals, medications, daily tasks, and accompany clients to appointments and social activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be caring and compassionate with strong communication skills.
• UK driving license and own car preferred.
• Flexible to work part-time or full-time, including weekends.

About The Role

• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: 0.35p/mile
