Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to deliver person-centred home care in South Warwickshire. You will support clients with meals, daily tasks, medication, and social activities in their own homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: .35p/mile

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
