Cera Care Ltd is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Douro Court. No experience required; full-time permanent positions, days and nights. You will support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalised care plans.

As a care assistant, you may help with housework, meals, getting up in the morning, medication, washing and dressing. You will be part of a friendly team, with training and the benefits listed in our job post.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others, and previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with housework, meals, getting up in the morning, and personal care as required.
• Provide a listening ear, help with medication, and support dressing and bathing.
