Cera are recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Westaven House, Weymouth. We offer part-time and full-time permanent positions with day and night shifts, secure and rewarding work with competitive pay and excellent training.

You will provide personalised care, helping residents live as independently as possible. As a Care Assistant, you’ll build human connections, assist with daily routines, and contribute to a compassionate, supportive home environment.

• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities including meals, personal care, and getting ready for the day.
• Support with medication administration as required and under supervision.
