Here at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross, we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants, with a variety of hours and contract options available.

We provide award-winning home care of the highest quality. Care Assistants are known as Care Professionals within Home Instead, and the support they deliver is designed to enable our clients to live independently at home.

No experience or qualifications are necessary to become a Care Professional. We welcome applicants from sectors such as retail, hospitality, childcare, customer service, and delivery driving. Training and support are provided from the start.

What does being a Care Professional involve?

• Minimum 1-hour visits
• Introducing yourself to new clients
• Matching Care Professionals to clients based on personality, background, hobbies, and interests

• Shopping, household tasks, and preparing fresh food from scratch
• Building strong professional relationships
• Offering a variety of non-medical services to promote client independence

Day range:

Flexible schedules, Monday to Friday and alternate weekends

Qualifications
