• Recognise risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection, and report concerns promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors courteously, respecting each resident’s dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe working practices across assigned tasks.
• Contribute to the care team to maintain continuity of services for residents.
