Job summary

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Efficient worker able to carry out instructions from team members.
• Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, infections and escalate identified risks promptly.
• Maintain courteous conduct towards residents and visitors, upholding their dignity.
