Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group's Priory Court Care Home is seeking Care Assistants to deliver high-standard personal care supporting residents' independence and dignity. Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, maintaining their independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas and elevate identified risks promptly
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality
• Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks
