Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Care Assistants to cover daytime hours across Retford and North Nottinghamshire, delivering person-centred care and supporting residents with daily living activities. You will work with a team of Carers and Nurses to ensure smooth shifts.

The role requires at least 3 months of care experience, a recent DBS, up-to-date mandatory training, and ability to provide referenceable work history from the past 2 years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment.
• DBS dated within the last 6 months or registered on the update service.
• All mandatory training up-to-date; certificates supported or access to online training.
• Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years; willingness to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents with moving and handling.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties.
• Accurately recording information and feeding back to senior staff.
