Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS within 6 months is preferred; guidance available to obtain.
• Two years of referenceable work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care to residents.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Complete logs accurately and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with night checks as per care plan.
