Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is urgently seeking Care and Support Staff for immediate starts in the Nottingham area. You will assist residents with daily living activities, participate in daily activity sessions, and help maintain comfort and dignity within a dementia, residential, respite, and day care setting.

The role requires prior care experience, a kind, caring attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential or elderly care setting is essential.
• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 6 months is advantageous; we can help with DBS checks if needed.
• All relevant mandatory training in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control and Moving and Handling.
• 2 years of referenceable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support with personal care, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
• Follow individual care plans and report issues to the shift supervisor.
• Work with the care team to provide activities that enhance residents' daily lives.
