Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Heanor is hiring experienced Care Assistants to support elderly residents in a beautiful residential home. You’ll deliver high-quality personal care, follow individualized care plans, and work with a friendly team to create a warm, rewarding environment.

You will have 12 months of UK care home experience, be able to provide references, and have an in-date enhanced DBS (or obtain one quickly).

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience working as a Care Assistant.
• A naturally warm, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check (or help obtaining one)

Responsibilities

• Supporting elderly residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Following personalized care plans to meet individual health needs.
• Completing daily logs and paperwork to track condition updates.
