Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Maidenhead is seeking a compassionate Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client at home. This meaningful 1:1 role helps the client live safely, with dignity, and maintain routines.

You will deliver person-centred care, support community access, and work with our clinical team; training is provided, with shifts day and night.

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a young child, they benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

• Understand both polish and English. Ideally looking for carers that can speak both Polish and English, but not essential.
• Uses Eye Gaze.
• Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
• £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
• Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
